Summer Saturday mornings on the downtown green strip were the social event of the season. Even in the hundred degree heat, it was heart warming to see kids running with fresh lemonade, ladies with their fresh cut flowers, and arms heavy with fresh vegetables from someone's garden.
Our town's farmers market has grown from a few vendors in an alley, to vendors stretched down the entirety of the downtown. Those behind the growth have worked so hard to bring our community together.
I loved creating this piece to represent the memories I made downtown on Saturday's this summer.
