Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be a defect or it was received in damaged condition.  Please take pictures of the packaging (to note any damages) in its original form the way it was received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please also take pictures of the damaged artwork/goods. An email must be sent within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Any returns requested after 72 hours of receiving your goods will be denied.
